Each User is permitted to hold only one active account on the Platform. You must ensure that the name registered on your 2jbate account matches the name on your payment methods and identity documents exactly. Discrepancies between account name and payment method name may result in withdrawal delays, KYC escalation or account suspension pending investigation.
An account that has not recorded any login, deposit, withdrawal or wagering activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to an administrative maintenance fee in accordance with current Operator policy. Users will be notified before any fee is applied. Dormant balances above the applicable minimum threshold will be retained and may be claimed upon successful re-authentication.

All funds deposited to 2jbate must be from payment methods legally owned by and registered to the User. Where cryptocurrency options (including BTC and USDT) are available, deposits are subject to blockchain confirmation requirements and applicable conversion rates at the time of crediting. Cryptocurrency transactions are generally irreversible — Users must double-check wallet addresses before transferring any funds.
Withdrawals from your 2jbate account are subject to successful completion of KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. The Operator reserves the right to request identity documents at any stage, including before processing any withdrawal request.
Standard KYC documentation may include: a government-issued photo identification (such as a Pakistani CNIC), proof of residential address, and proof of ownership for the payment method used for deposits. Where a bet has been accepted at odds that result from a manifest error — including but not limited to data feed failures, obvious input errors or pricing anomalies — the Operator reserves the right to void the affected bet and return stakes. This applies regardless of whether the bet has been settled.
In-play or live betting markets reflect rapidly changing match conditions. Odds displayed are accurate to the data feed at the moment of display; there may be a short delay between a real-world event and odds adjustment. Bets placed and accepted during this window are settled based on the applicable market rules.
Cricket betting markets — including PSL, ICC tournaments and bilateral series — are governed by cricket-specific rules regarding match abandonment, reduced-overs play, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method application and official result declarations. Gambling involves financial risk. 2jbate accepts no responsibility for any financial losses incurred through wagering or casino activity on the Platform. You are solely responsible for any decision to gamble and for the financial consequences of those decisions.
Either party may terminate the account relationship subject to the following conditions:
You may close your 2jbate account at any time by contacting the support team. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests must be resolved, applicable KYC completed and any active bonus conditions reviewed. Any remaining real-money balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to you via your registered payment method after satisfactory verification.

Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the Platform's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the relevant licensing jurisdiction.
